Beneath all the clutter ...
I figured today was a good time to do some spring cleaning in my room, mainly to clear up the clutter. And ta daa! I have a new photo frame sitting on my dressing table. No guessing who’s in the picture. (:
I found some old photos from my school days and some group shots with my bunch of pals I met in Shanghai. Photos are so memory triggering – they are like ‘reminders of yesterday’; never fail to give me a reason to recollect about the past with vividness.
Between candid shots and model-equivalent poses – I prefer the latter. But spontaneity always tells the better side of a story. And so it might be a good idea to opt for experimental candid photography for the wedding instead of the usual studio packaged shots. You hire a professional wedding photographer (or a news photojournalist for the budget-minded) to follow you around on your wedding and snap shots of you and your guests. Later you get to choose the nice shots and compile them into the wedding album. You even get to keep the other excess photos with no extra charges. Add in some other fancy bits, maybe compile the photos into a CD as gifts. Printing the photos onto the kitchen tiles, perhaps? I’ll figure out other novelty ways to make it even more interesting! Well yes, this was an unintentional diversion that popped into my head, really.
I need to clean my wardrobe next… maybe I’ll find marnia. (:
